PUBLICATION ETHICS AND PUBLICATION MALPRACTICE STATEMENT

I. EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

I.I. NORMS RELATING TO PUBLICATION DECISION:

As a member of the board, you would be asked to assist the Journal,

• Performing evaluations of articles for which the Journal needs a reviewer; Conducting reviews of such manuscripts;
• Assisting the Journal with submission matters where contradictory reviews exist.
• The editorial board member will evaluate manuscripts without taking into account the author’s race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy;
• The decision will be made based on the significance, originality, and clarity of the paper as well as the study’s rationality and relevance to the journal’s scope.
• When editing or proofreading manuscripts or Reviewing the articles for which the Journal needs a reviewer; Assisting the Journal with submission matters when contradictory reviews exist;

I.II. CONFIDENTIALITY:

The corresponding author(s), reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as needed, are the only parties to whom the editorial board member may disclose information regarding a submitted document, paper, or article. There might be some email-based follow-up queries or discussions as well. Members will be required to keep the talks private due to the nature of the topics to be discussed.

I.III. DISCLOSURE AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

The editorial board members will not use any unpublished materials revealed in a submitted manuscript for their own work without the author’s express written authorization (the editorial member must submit a copy of such written consent to the publisher).

II. AUTHORS’ DUTIES/RESPONSIBILTIES/OBLIGATIONS:

II.I. ORIGINALTY, PLAGIARISM AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SOURCES:

• Authors must submit only completely original works, and they must properly reference or quote the ideas or words of others (merely citing the source does not eliminate the Plagiarism automatically).
• Papers reporting essentially the same study ought not to be published in more than one journal due to multiple, redundant, or contemporaneous publications. It is unacceptable to submit the same work to multiple journals, which is considered unethical publishing behaviour.
• Manuscripts that have been used elsewhere as copyrighted content cannot be submitted.
• However, by submitting a submission, the author(s) retain the rights to the published work, and manuscripts under evaluation by the journal should not be resubmitted to copyrighted publications.
• They give permission for the usage of their work to be published under a Creative Common License (which allows others to read and use the published material for study or research purposes only but, not for commercial purposes).

II.II. AUTHORSHIP OF THE PAPER:

• Only those who significantly contributed to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the study should be allowed to sign their names as authors.
• Everyone who contributed significantly should be listed as a co-author.
• The corresponding author makes sure that the author list includes all contributing co-authors and that no other parties are involved.
• The corresponding author will also confirm that all co-authors have given their consent for the manuscript to be submitted for publication and have approved the final version.
